To all our employees and clients,
As always, but especially during these uncertain times, the health and well-being of our employees is our utmost priority. As we continue to track and observe the guidelines being communicated by the government and CDC, we are taking the necessary steps to minimize the exposure risk to our employees and their families while maintaining the operational effectiveness of our shop.
As part of our response, we have instituted a work-from-home policy on the Client Services, Project Management, and Technical teams. Essential personnel will continue to be in the office to support production’s needs. This policy will continue through the end of March and we will revisit this strategy based on the Coronavirus situation at that time.
For those whose jobs require them to be on-site or in our production facility, we have taken extra cleaning precautions and are encouraging efforts like social distancing and frequent hand washing as part of our effort to slow the spread of the virus.
In addition to these precautions, we have also created an emergency alert plan to ensure every employee is contacted in a timely manner if our situation changes. We are continually monitoring our employees’ risk to direct and indirect exposure so that if necessary, immediate action can be taken to protect our employees’ well-being.
As always, we are available via email. If you have any questions or concerns about our current strategy for protecting our staff and their families, please contact us.
Thank you for your continued support and stay well.
