1220 has worked on a variety of Presidential Libraries including the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum, The Dwight D. Eisenhower Presidential Library and Boyhood Home and most recently the Harry S. Truman Presidential Library and Museum. Each Presidential Library project is overseen by the National Archives and Records Administration or NARA. NARA holds strict standards for all their projects and each Presidential project is a detailed and focused process.
The Truman Library included large audiovisual elements including a 10-foot-tall globe built by our scenic department that visitors walk into and view various audiovisual elements including projections onto the globe itself. Additionally, our builders created a variety of curved structures and the graphics team created many large-scale wall murals and produced many reproductions of delicate artifacts. We always welcome the challenge of NARA projects and are more than willing to rise to the occasion and build their impactful and detailed exhibits.
