Vue Orleans offers a cutting-edge, immersive journey across three floors, culminating in a 360-degree observation deck overlooking New Orleans. Guests begin their experience in the panoramic Vue River Theater, delving into the city’s vibrant history and culture through local jazz and R&B, interactive digital café sessions with chefs, and the opportunity to design their own Mardi Gras costumes. An advanced digital elevator then whisks visitors to the observation deck. Throughout the space, touchless media interactives, expansive LED walls both inside and out, and meticulously crafted exhibits featuring materials such as metal, wood, glass, and fabrics, create a seamless blend of technology and cultural immersion.
1220’s scope encompassed a wide array of elements, including dimensional lettered wayfinding signage mounted on wood substrates, nearly 400 feet of murals standing 8 inches tall, custom casework, mechanical and AV interactive setups, graphic panels made from various materials like acrylic, wood, and metal, as well as interactive stations designed with robust mechanical engineering to support AV functionality. Additionally, the project involved the installation, labeling, and mounting of artifacts and reproductions, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging visitor experience.
