Our in-house capabilities allow the estimator the opportunity to consult craftsmen and specialists in each area of production to confirm the accuracy and fairness of an estimate. Additionally, 1220’s estimators utilize pre-approved subcontractors and constantly build new relationships to find innovative solutions. When awarded a project, the estimator meets with the Account Manager, Project Manager, and Fabrication team in a hand off meeting to ensure seamless transmittal of the estimated pricing and specification package.
